Mission
Leads integrated theatre communication programs across all stakeholders.  In larger theatres, leads a team of multidisciplinary communication professionals responsible for internal and external communication strategies and implementation.  Has “a seat at the theatre leadership table.”

Role & Responsibilities
- Drive and lead integrated theatre communication planning and execution, including developing and driving execution of communication platforms and strategies in alignment with regional business priorities 
- Lead all theatre communication programs including executive comms, PR, AR and internal communications
- Partner with GTM Comms team to localize content and execute regional communication campaigns
Advise, consult, and partner with theatre leadership and oversee business communication services within the theatre
- Lead theatre-PR strategies and programs - implementing global and regional launches, campaigns and developing/implementing theatre based programs and tactics
- Lead theatre-based change management and employee communication programs 
- Manage a multidisciplinary team of theatre-based communication resources, including communication agencies
- Track and report theatre communication success metrics
- Crisis Communications in partnership with regional and global teams
- Communication support and counsel at the country level for country managers on comms strategy
- Budget management / responsibiltiy
