What You'll Do

You'll be responsible for creating, driving and managing thought leader platforms and strategic communication programs for a C level executive. This role is responsible for creating compelling, original, executive-level content for internal and external communication, and acts a primary liaison to functional executive spokespeople, key stakeholders and the broader corporate communications community.

Who You Are

You have experience in building strong relationships with a highly matrixed group of stakeholders and you have an understanding of the executive's function and business strategy. You will create and manage strategic communication plan for the executive team and you will provide strategic communication advice to help increase the impact of an executive's business priorities.Other Key Priorities will be:
* Establishes an engagement model with the executive, executive team (Administrator, Operations Lead/Chief of Staff), to proactively manage communications work
* Reviews and approves/declines incoming requests using established engagement model
* Creates and manages content for executive, including thought leader platform, messaging, keynotes, presentations, strategic and organizational communication deliverables to meet the needs of different audiences (internal/external), channels and digitization strategy
* Manages internal meetings logistics for executive's functional All Hands and QA sessions
* Is responsible for quality of end product, success measures, and delivery on time and on budget
* Partners with external communications disciplines (PR, AR, IR, Corporate Speakers Bureau) on opportunities and messaging alignment
We desire someone with Strategic communications planning and execution skills - Demonstrates above average understanding and strategic thinking across multiple communication disciplines. you have Has successfully developed and executed internal and external communication plans. Superior knowledge and understanding of communications methodologies, tools and vehicles and success measure, Executive presence - Experience advising/working directly with executives, Strong collaborator - Ability to partner globally across mix of constituents and organizations. You bring a Customer-focused innovative mentality that is Digital savvy and has experience in message creation, storytelling, PowerPoint.


Our minimum Education and Experience Required:
*8-10 years of related experience and a Bachelor's degree in communications, business administration, or related field
* 5+ years internal/external communications in varied disciplines, such as organizational communication, executive communication, and public relations
* Flexibility to travel
