Sodexo has an exciting opportunity for a Facilities CMMS Project Manager/ Safety Manager

Positions Responsibilities:

Reporting to the Executive Director you will be responsible for the following key area’s:

  • MAXIMO CMMS Administration and training - Managing the Maximo System for CPS, running Maximo reports, training others to use this CMMS.
  • Project Management – You will be the point person for several technical projects needed the management and rollout of system changes.
  • General Technical support - basic technical support as needed before escalating to the help desk for further support.


  • Experience and knowledge with CMMS, preferably MAXIMO.
  • Must be very technically savvy and able to pick up new programs/ systems quickly;
  • Experience with Operations/ Facilities Management preferred;
  • Solid knowledge and experience with Safety and safety programs.
  • Must possess capability to manage multiple assignments concurrently, high degree of analytical and interpersonal skills, positive attitude and initiative and team work approach;

Position Summary

Coordinates the implementation of a defined, short-term project or sub-set of projects (less than one year) within set organizational procedures and standards. Responsible for meeting sub-set objectives within quality, time, and budget targets, and for managing associated risks. This is an entry-level position. Typically requires knowledge and experience of the technical area being managed and an awareness of the business issues.

Qualifications & Requirements

Basic Education Requirement - Bachelor’s Degree
Basic Management Experience - 3 years
Basic Functional Experience - 3 years experience within functional area or project management
