    Sodexo Corporate Service Division is seeking a qualified Facilities Maintenance Coordinator for a client in Englewood Cliffs, NJ with strong customer service and computer skills.  The Facilities Coordinator will assist in providing general customer support to resolve issues.  Will also assist in providing problem analysis and resolution, either via direct communication with the account or by informing the manager of issues that will require a more in-depth effort.  Assists in answering questions and inquiries from customers via the telephone, Internet, fax and other technologies, using established fact-finding procedures, customer service methodologies, knowledge of pertinent processes and procedures, and familiarity with policies, vendors and specified products.  Works with other departments for vendor and product compliance. 


    Duties include but not limited to:


    *Meet with appropriate departments involved with weekly production schedules and generates department schedule based on production and maintenance requirements.


    Schedules contractor(s) for equipment repairs/rebuild work.


    *Maintain electronic and hard copy records of completed maintenance activities as generated by the computerized maintenance management system (CMMS).


    *MRO purchasing and stock management


    *Manage the maintenance work order backlog.


    *Writes and maintains standard operating procedures (SOP’s) for the maintenance department.


    *Provides Maintenance Manager with the necessary reports.


    *Estimates costs of personnel, parts, and supplies to be used during weekly scheduled maintenance and during scheduled shutdown.


    *Assists in preparing major equipment bids, and recommends purchases when replacement or new equipment is required.


    *Represents the company's position and interests in dealing with outside contractors, vendors, and engineering consultants #LI

    Position Summary

    Serves as working lead supervisor or coordinator to schedule the activities of skilled trades, custodial or grounds workers engaged in maintaining and repairing equipment, structures, utility systems, buildings, and grounds. Gives work assignments to workers as needed for maintenance. Performs administrative functions and services. Leads in building maintenance projects.



    Qualifications & Requirements

    Basic Education Requirement - High School Diploma, GED or equivalent
