Do you want to be part of something amazing? The Client Services Field Enablement Team is looking for a Field Enablement Consultant -- Product Release Management Strategy.

As a Field Enablement Consultant for Product Release Management, you will be a key owner and contributor for Product Release Management strategies within the Client Services organization, responsible for ensuring frequent and consistent communication and education is delivered to internal TMBC stakeholders, TMBC Clients, and the StandOut end-user population. This will include updates and news related to StandOut Products (Technology, Coaching and Services).

This is a full-time position. This position is based in our Beverly Hills, CA headquarters.

Do the following activities make you feel STRONG?

  • Develop and maintain Client-facing Release Management process for the StandOut Product. Partner with Product Support and Product Teams during each product release cycle to:
  • Understand the product roadmap and provide insight and support to Client Services for Client communications regarding product roadmap enhancements and targeted timing
  • Determine significance of new features and appropriate actions for communicating/training Client Services and Clients
  • Develop provisional and final release notes that summarize all new significant functionality in a given release
  • Maintain release preview environment and test accounts in-platform for internal stakeholder use
  • Coordinate trainings/events/communications to convey updates and relevant information about each release to rest of TMBC and Clients
  • Work with TMBC stakeholders to ensure all impacted artifacts in need of updating are updated to reflect the current release
  • Support Product Support with the management of Internal and External Knowledge base (focusing on the 'why/strategic narrative' of the product functionality)
  • Coordinate the process of communicating bug fixes and known issues with the Customer Service team and Clients
  • Draft and coordinate sending communications for clients when there are large-scale software changes, or any site issues/known issues/ business shifts
  • Develop a process for obtaining Client enhancement requests via Client Services Partners and monitoring and tracking via the product lifecycle to communicate and manage Client expectations
  • Partner with TMBC Services, Strategy, Sales, Marketing, Content, Coaching and Product Teams to ensure all product messaging and content shared aligns throughout the client lifecycle
  • Develop and maintain Client Services and Client-facing Release Management process for StandOut Coaching and Strategy offerings.
    • Partner with Coaching, Content and Strategy Teams on a frequent basis to identify new offerings, assets and tools that can be shared with our new and existing client base.
    • Partner with the Field Enablement team to update the Client Services team and processes with the new offerings and ensure Client-facing communications are developed where applicable.

Education and Experience

  • A bachelor's degree in business, communications, or a related field
  • Experience in program development and/or Product Release Management desired
  • Background in Product documentation and creating compelling communication related to product functionality
  • Experience planning and managing multiple cross functional projects simultaneously
  • Excellent written/oral communication and presentation skills including the ability to facilitate large group meetings and host webinars
  • Experience working in a SaaS technology company preferred
  • Experience as a consultant preferred
  • Travel required
