Job Details


The **Fill Seal Operator** is responsible for the continuous operation of one three head, filler-sealer and related equipment utilized in the filling of flexible intravenous solution containers.


+ In charge of operating, monitoring and making minor adjustments to filling equipment.

+ Assure that equipment operates within specifications and that all necessary supplies are available.

+ Adheres to all SOP's, cGMP's, and plant safety, quality, and documentation systems requirements.

+ Other related duties essential to these operations or special assignments as required.

+ Perform other related duties as assigned or required.


+ HS Diploma required.

+ 1+ years of manufacturing experience preferred.

+ Prior mechanical/machine operation experience strongly desired to make routine set-up adjustments.

+ Ability to work in class 2 environment.

+ Ability to work independently.

+ Ability to work overtime as required.

+ Ensuring adherence to all plant safety rules in area of responsibility.


Stand up to 10-12 hours per shift, twist at waist 20 times per hour, regularly lift up to 35 pounds per activity 20 times per shift, occasionally lift a maximum of 50 pounds per activity 10 times per shift, occasionally may lift over 50 pounds with assistance, walk, climb stairs, climb ladders/walk on catwalks, repetitive use of upper extremities.

Use computer terminal 2 hours per shift, respond to visual warning indicators, respond to audible indicators, respond to color or special visual indicators, work around moving equipment, work on knees occasionally, wear specialized protective clothing, wear PPE (safety shoes/glasses/etc), work in hot or cold environment, work in hearing conservation area
