What You'll Do Cisco is looking for a highly motivated Finance Analyst with the desire to lead change and help shape business and financial strategy for APJC Distribution. You will partner with Distribution Leader, Sales and Partner teams to lead and maintain critical financial processes, such as forecasting, analysis and governance support. This includes creating financial/data packages and understanding, analyzing and presenting key trends that impact the business, thus better equipping management to drive the business. Your main responsibilities include: -Lead APJC Distribution Profitability Programs Forecasting process from planning to payout-Lead programs governance and drive programs profitability -Lead APJC Distribution 5 Quarters forecast process-Lead APJC Distribution P&L Management-Opex Lead for APJC Distribution-Participate in Distribution Audit and partner with Distribution on inventory roll reconciliation Who You'll Work With You will join the worldwide Distribution Finance team and share their desire to lead change and help shape business and financial strategy for APJC Distribution. APJC Partner Finance Distribution organization plays a key role within Cisco Finance offering candidates the unique opportunity to interact internally with other Finance organizations and the APJC Distribution team as well as externally with the Distributors .The APJC Partner Finance Distribution organization goal is to be a trusted business partner that aims at driving sustainable profitable growth while furthering organizational excellence in full alignment and support to Cisco's short and long term operational and financial objectives. Who You Are -Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics, MBA or CPA is a plus. Preferable with 7-10 years of related experience.-Proficiency in Excel and Business Objects-Cross-functional team working with the ability to engage and influence other organizations.-Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to be able to communicate -effectively at all organizational levels as well with external Distribution. -Excellent organization, analytical and problem-solving skills-Be an agent for improvement and change, balancing the business opportunity and financial governance needs -Strong analytical skills; able to provide a message and meaning along with the data being presented Why Cisco We connect everything: people, processes, data, and things.
