What You'll Do

Under this role you'll be part of the team that supports the regional TS Americas VP and her respective teams. You'll be responsible to drive coordination with your business partners in all aspects of their TS business (from forecast to cost allocations and P&L reporting). The role will have a high level of autonomy requiring a balance between business partnering and fiduciary responsibility. Under this position you'll also play the role of coordinating the expense management, headcount and budgeting process of the TS Americas business and will be responsible for the regular tracking and publishing of key TS metrics. Finally, this position includes the responsibility of enhancing and further developing the TS business views and to work closely with the Service Ops team in the reporting and forecasting of the TS business based on these views.

 

Who You'll Work With

This role is part of the broader Technical Services (TS) Finance organization and will interact regularly with all the members of this team. Under this position you'll also be part of a team of Financial Analyst that includes the ones managing the overall expense consolidation for the Business Unit (BU) as well as the regional TS VPs budget and expenses. The role also has an important level of interaction with the regional SSF teams as well as business partners within the TS and Service Operations groups.

Our minimum requirements for this role:

* Strong business partnering skills

* Structured and organized individual with ability to plan work and prioritize effectively.

* Excellent written and oral communication abilities, along with excellent interpersonal skills.

* Budgeting, analytical, modeling and forecasting experience including attention to details and ability to work effectively under time pressure.

* Extensive knowledge and experience in financial and accounting field with full P&L management responsibilities

* Experience with Systems Integrator, Essbase, SAP Business Objects (FINBI), and FinABC

* Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting with 2 years of applicable experience

* Speaks fluent English
