T he inventory finance associate is responsible for inventory corporate accounting responsibility, reporting via global system and participating in project. Addressing all issues of a finance nature and providing all relevant information to meet external or internal demands.



The inventory finance associate will perform all or some of the following job description:

+ Perform the day- to-day operation accounting, financial reporting and analysis for assigned functional areas

+ Prepare and post monthly journal entries

+ Perform Balance Sheet account reconciliations, account analysis and other related accounting documents/schedules. Research and resolve Business Unit(s) inquiries for assigned functional areas

+ Routine communication with Supervisors relating to financial close, issues and deliverables

+ Responsible for month-end, quarter-end and year-end close for assigned functional areas

+ Prepare all Financial Reporting requirements package, timely and correctly submit finance reports to NY or relevant governmental entities according to timetable

+ Perform special projects to improve process efficiency and performance

+ Cross train as back-ups for other staff in the case of emergencies

+ Review data for compliance with Pfizer corporate policies to assure adherence to the policy

+ Assist in the establishing processes necessary for steady state operation

+ Contribute to team effort and assist co-workers as needed to balance workloads

+ Help to create a work atmosphere conducive to a high degree of integrity and teamwork

+ Maintain customer (other departments and foreign locations) satisfaction by promptly following up on customers' requests for information

+ P roblem-solving skills and analytical skill and team management capability

+ SAP experience s a plus

+ Project management skills a plus

+ W ritten and verbal communication skills (Chinese& English)

+ Familiar with a variety of multiple locations and shared services business concepts, best practices and procedures

+ Proven capabilities with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, Visio and PowerPoint

+ International working experience a plus



+ Bachelor's degree majoring in Finance, Accounting, or other related field

+ 3 - 5 years of related accounting experience required

+ Good English skill

CPA or working towards a plus
