ADP is hiring a Business Analyst. As a Business Analyst within Trust Accounting, you will interact daily with internal business partners to obtain prompt resolution of issues. You will be accountable for assigned tasks and will provide analysis and trend reports as needed to express the progress and status of assignments. The Senior Business analyst facilitates and presents information at meetings and will require in-depth knowledge of the department's procedures, systems, and products. The role is also responsible for making thorough assessments and providing recommendations and solutions to the department. This position requires general ledger, banking, systems, and project management skills. The candidate will provide excellent service to internal and external partners and will possess strong verbal and written skills to interact effectively with all levels of the organization. * Develop queries on SAP BW, SAP SQVI, Oracle, SQL Server, DB2 and MS Access
* Generate production and ad hoc reports, analyze data, and trends
* Provide technical and operational support
* Gather documentation on issues, determine root cause, and seek timely solutions
* Develop relationships with business partners to align to departmental goals
* Maintain a strong level of knowledge regarding systems and areas of support
* Document user requirements and present to appropriate parties
* Incorporate controls and policies to system modifications
* Represent business needs and collaborate with IT
* Coordinate implementation activities and gain consensus on systemic changes
* Performs other duties as assigned by Management.


* 3+ years of reporting and analysis experience
* Advanced proficiency in Excel and Access
