What You'll Do
Collaborate with Business Partners, Program and Project Managers, Business Architects and IT to identify system impacts and interdependencies for proposed solutions throughout the lifecycle of the program. These are only key criteria, additional discretion may be applied by the manager

Key Job Responsibilities:

● Maintains end to end vision of business needs from requirements to test for large-scale functional or cross-functional programs
● Supports the identification and/or identifies and communicates upstream and downstream impacts to systems/applications. Advises stakeholders on business impact as well as impacts to time/scope/budget
● Act as liaison/partner with the internal team, the business, and the technical teams. Provides inputs into the technical specifications
● Collaborates to create the Business Requirements Document; Conducts impact analysis, prioritize requirements and make requirement recommendations to the business. Ensures integration of requirements into the process optimization solutions
● Partners with the Program Manager and other internal team members in representing the business tracks with the Change Control Boards or Cross Functional Boards applicable to the project. Continuously reviews the business requirements to ensure alignment with the business objectives
● Provides input and/or reviews the Business Requirements Document. Conducts impact analysis, prioritize the requirements and make requirement recommendations to the business. Ensure integration of requirements into the process optimization solutions.
● Works with Business Process Designers during the design and development of the process (ie. Structuring L4-L6 processes). Works with the IT teams during the design of IT architecture and systems
● Participates in Catalyst labs and provide input into the creation of “As Is” and “To Be” process models.

The Transformational Solution Delivery team has a perfect blend of Business Solution Architect, Process designers, and Program Managers. They are responsible for developing key business initiatives to achieve the above-stated goals are a) CE/LSS b) Account Reconciliation c) Revenue Attribution

Who You Are
Minimum Qualifications
Functional Skills:

10 to 12-years experience in the following:

● General Ledger
● Fixed assets
● Management Reporting
● Cash Management (oracle module)
●Invoicing, Billings and Collections
●Revenue Accounts
●Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Accounting or Information Technology

● Data analysis/Requirements analysis
● Business Acumen/understanding of Finance landscape
● Strong analytical skills

Client Facing/Communication:
● Strong ability to collaborate and build solid client relationship and relationship management skills
● Moderate to strong facilitation skills
● Strong consulting or partnering and influence skills
● Strong verbal and written skills
● Moderate to strong presentation skills
● Ability to gain trust
● Basic understanding of Project Management
