Description:

This position's critical qualities include but are not limited to the following:

  • Support APS Next Gen System.
  • Become subject matter expert on all assigned systems.
  • Monitor team SPA boxes throughout the day to support the PBC field locations.
  • Daily APS Purchasing System Support - (Fleet, Raw materials, Customer Equipment Tracking System (CETS).
  • Investigate/troubleshoot all end-user reported issues and provide other support as needed.
  • Review, approve and update IDM requests for APS.
  • Perform APS/Inventory Tables(ITL) system maintenance as needed.
  • Partner with IT and/or external application providers to resolve all system issues, system implementations & enhancements.
  • Create test cases for all application upgrades.
  • Provide documentation on processes, report specifications, project status reports.
  • Lead APS Training agenda.
  • Lead and monitor the progress of the quarterly ACT UserId Review.
  • Identify process streamlining opportunities &implement changes.
  • Travel to locations to train new users.
  • Execute control activities as prescribed per SOX and Business Process Control guidelines.
  • Conduct quarterly APS user spend review audit.
  • Act as IT liaison.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred in Finance of Accounting.
  • Three years system administration experience.
  • Basic knowledge of purchasing and Accounts Payable concepts, terminology.
  • Ability to travel.
  • Application tools (Business Objects, APS and advanced excel skills). ERP Accounts Payable or Purchasing application knowledge a plus.
  • Must display strong financial, analytical, problem solving, technical, and conceptual skills.
  • Strong collaboration, organization, presentation, communication and influence skills.
  • Analytical reporting tools (Business Objects, SQL, advanced excel skills).
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize multiple requests in a fast paced environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
