What You'll Do 
You will have the opportunity to be a WW Finance Manager supporting a $3B Contra Revenue Portfolio. In this highly visible and impactful role, you will influence many Cisco stakeholder groups including the Global Partner Organization (GPO) and Sales and Services Finance (SSF).

  • Manage overall contra portfolio planning, reporting, and forecasting process
  • Present contra revenue forecast drivers by GEO and BE on a monthly basis   to Corporate and BU Finance; 
  • Own the quarterly portfolio scorecard and working with business on low preforming programs
  • Lead engagement with the corporate revenue team on balance sheet accruals, revenue forecast and process improvements
  • Lead engagement with GEO and cross functional Finance Teams for Channel Program forecast and planning
  • Drive process improvements for contra governance and drive standardization in KPI methodologies
  • Prepare and present executive level presentations on quarter end results for contra portfolio, and business performance (bookings, discounts, ROI, Contra, etc.) for the global and hybrid programs
  • Drive Contra governance through clear RACIs across Finance & Business

You are a finance manager with strong drive, cross functional collaboration, and the ability to see the big picture but still be able to have a thorough understanding of the details

Our minimum requirements for this role:

  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in finance, business administration, or related field
  • Strong accounting and compliance background
  • Interest in increasing productivity and driving process improvements
  • Be an agent for improvement and change, balancing the business opportunity and financial governance needs
  • Strong analytical skills; able to provide a message and meaning along with the data being presented
  • Extensive knowledge and experience in finance; is actively involved in directing other functional areas in financial matters and is viewed as being a technical resource by the group
  • Acts as a mentor/role model 
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; strong excel and powerpoint skills
  • Exercises judgment within broadly defined practices and policies in developing methods, techniques and evaluation criterion for obtaining results
  • Can think holistically and works autonomously and checks-in as decisions are made
  • Have demonstrated a strong track record of delivering results through influencing
  • Be comfortable presenting to groups of people
