Finance Manager or Analyst - Treasury

What You'll Do
You as the Program Manager or Analyst will be responsible for leading a variety of Treasury Corporate Finance initiatives, which could include: 

* Providing guidance to senior management on capital structure related issues such as share repurchase, dividends, optimal cash balances and debt structure
* Forecasting short term and long term cash flows, corporate balance sheet, and share count
* Supporting Cisco Capital, Cisco's Captive Finance Unit, on lease and loan pricing, capital markets activities (hedging and syndication) and entity level capital structure
* Partnering with Cisco's tax and accounting group on intercompany balance management and intercompany capital structure
* Facilitating discussions with Cisco's investment banking partners on a variety of Corporate Finance topics
* Consulting with a variety of Cisco internal clients on capital markets topics and complex financial problems
* Developing internal and external presentations for the Treasury management team and the CFO
* Training Cisco's finance organization on shareholder value and finance related topics
* Managing various capital markets activities (e.g. debt issuance and payments, commercial paper, collateral program)

Who You'll Work With 
You will join the Treasury Organization which is responsible for maximizing shareholder value through prudent financial risk management. Your team, will be the Corporate Finance team. They are primarily responsible for the management of Cisco's capital structure and capital market related financial risks.

Who You Are
You are a highly motivated Finance professional with an interest in capital markets, risk management, and related concepts. 

Our minimum requirements for this role: 
* BA/BS Degree (MBA preferred) 
* 5+ Years relevant working experience for Program Manager (possibly lower if hired as Analyst)
* Strong analytical and problem solving skills
* Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
