Job Description

  • Manage and own Shared Service Centre (3rd party managed) to agreed contract SLA to deliver best in class financial services
  • Secure service delivery for all outsourced activities
  • Own O2C process and ensure invoicing accuracy as well as timely cash collection
  • Responsible for in depth analyses and reporting of the respective balances and KPIs
  • Secure deployment of and compliance to the standard processes in O2C
  • Ensure the processes support business needs
  • Manage user groups and end-to-end process change control
  • Function as a point of escalation for Shared Service Centre (3rd party managed) related issues when required
  • Coaching and development of O2C team


  • Masters degree in Finance & Accounting
  • Minimum 5 years of professional experiences in a FMCG company
  • Proven experience in people leadership
  • Excellent knowledge in Accounting and Reporting Principals according to US GAAP and HGB
  • Profound knowledge of business processes of an industrial company
  • Comprehensive knowledge of SAP Modules FI, SD and CO
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
  • High flexibility and resistance to stress
  • Fluent in German & English
