The Field Revenue Management Finance Sr Associate will contribute to the success of the Mountain Region's pricing environment by providing support for period end results, approving pricing requests, supporting the annual price increase process, reconciling brand funding, scorecarding, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Retail team through the review and approval of pricing requests and new innovation pricing setup
  • Provide weekly financial reporting and analysis on shortpay performance, pricing performance, override reporting, scorecarding, and customer cause of changes
  • Support annual price increase process across Large and Small Format customers to ensure the field Pricing Coordinators and Directors of Retail have the methods / tools / processes in place to execute increases flawlessly
  • Provide periodic funding reconciliations to internal/external brand teams
  • Contribute to and update OneSource with master pricing files and HQ Revenue Management pricing guidance
  • Provide backup to HQ for funding or pricing audit inquiries
  • Navigate multiple internal systems: Deal, TPM, ERT and Essbase

  • 4-year Bachelor's Degree required (Finance or Accounting preferred)
  • Minimum 2+ years accounting and financial analysis experience
  • Ability to effectively interact with all levels of management.
  • Advanced MS Excel knowledge, i.e., use of VLOOKUP and pivot tables
  • Strong people and communication skills to work with cross functional teams and to manage information gathering requests
  • Self-motivated
  • Work well under time deadlines
  • Excellent organization, presentation, and communication skills
  • Experience with various applications including TPM, ERT, Essbase, Deal
