  • Manage (hire/ maintain) full team of Sales Finance Associate Analysts (permanent and contractor mix)
  • Provide leadership and support for team related to day-to-day accountabilities (data transfer & contract verification of NAN Sales planned events in the Sales Planner to SAP TPM)
  • Ensure all protocols are followed and deliver KPI results on periodic basis
  • Proactively perform analytical reviews on daily/ weekly basis to ensure team issues are identified and resolved
  • Be financial resource related to trade planning to Sales, Finance and CFS on assigned accounts
  • Be readily available to represent and provide coverage for other Supervisors
  • Build and maintain strong cross functional internal relationships
  • Provide TPA leader representation on Finance projects as determined by Director


Lead & Manage Direct Reports:

  • Facilitate PDR, and Career Planning discussions for direct reports. Prepare and engage in calibration discussions in support of talent sustainability and building critical experiences.
  • Build bench strength for Finance focusing on financial understanding, analytics, Excel, and verbal communication skills
  • Provide timely feedback, coaching, direction and leadership to team
  • Host regular conversations with direct reports informally and formally through the performance management process to ensure complete alignment on goals and objectives making adjustments as needed.
  • Hire and manage through performance improvement plans; responsible for on-boarding, training and development of team
  • Maintain full team coverage through permanent and contractor support
  • Utilize leadership, influence and conflict management skills to support a high performance team


  • BA/BS degree in Finance, with 3+ years' work experience
  • Ability to manage operations through Finance lens (P&L and Balance Sheet)
  • Demonstrated team management experience
  • Strong Excel skills with ability to integrate financial data and develop new operational reporting
  • Flexibility towards role to incorporate new system/ process automation and/or other changes
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with ability to motivate, influence, coach, and delegate
  • Analytical, strategic thinker with a continuous improvement mindset
  • Problem solving, issue resolution, influencing and prioritization skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, collaboration and networking skills
  • Ability to develop and sustain team relations
  • Intermediate MS Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) as well as BeX reporting
  • Prior working knowledge of SAP Trade Promotions Management a plus
