What You’ll Do

You will provide weekly support in consolidating, analyzing and reporting Cisco’s worldwide bookings performance; system upload of forecast (Product + Services). You will consolidate and analyze monthly, quarterly WW Product country bookings forecast and provide insights based on analysis. You will validate COE outputs of all quarterly external booking schedules (for Product and Services bookings) and drive Annual Sales Restatement process with PPMT and IT on. This role will also provide ad-hoc analysis as required by the management team and continually drive automation and standardization of reporting.

Who You'll Work With

Are you an excellent, collaborative financial analyst who will drive key analysis and reporting for Worldwide Sales, supporting the Executive Vice President of Worldwide Sales & Field Operations and the SVP of Sales & Service Finance. You will be responsible for consolidating, reporting and analyzing Cisco’s product bookings performance as well as be a key point of contact to Cisco’s Corporate FP&A team, BTOF and to our WW Theater Sales FP&A Teams. You will develop strong cross-functional relationships with Business Partners including Corp FP&A, PPMT and BTOF

You bring a keen interest in growing productivity and driving process improvements. You possess analytical skills, which are needed to provide a context and a message along with the data being presented in order to provide valuable support to our executive management. Your strong analytical skills and high attention to detail; and able to work effectively under time pressure will be put to use!

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in finance or related field and a minimum of 2 + years of experience working in FP&A teams.
  • Ability to analyze data from multiple sources and summarize key analytics in executive presentations
  • A self-starter and outstanding teammate
  • Systems knowledge (BO, Essbase, Excel, SFDC, OMF) a plus
  • Strong communication and influencing skills.
