The Worksite Financial Wellness Account Executive will be responsible for the overall attainment of sales goals, construction & implementation of holistic financial wellness programs for customers, customer relationship maintenance and Prudential Advisors firm relationship maintenance within the stated geographical territory.
Primary responsibilities include:
  • Securing new Financial Wellness program customers and maintaining/scheduling existing financial wellness customers using stated prospecting strategies.
  • Owns relationship with Group Insurance Account Executive/Sales Executive/Account Manager (GI AE/SE/AM) and partners with the GI AE/SE/AM to identify and pursue prospects.
  • Supports dissemination of financial wellness message within strategic broker relationships in geographical territory.
  • Recommending and implementing additional financial wellness program components based on needs of the customer.
  • Owns relationship with Prudential Advisor firms to maximize opportunities, pursue natural market leads, performance of speakers, to ensure a smooth implementation of series with the speaker and his/her team and maintain the proper number of speakers to meet program commitments.
  • Responsible for partnering with coordinator team to implement financial wellness program successfully.
  • Responsible for sharing best practices and process improvement suggestions with Group Insurance, Prudential Advisors and Prudential Pathways team.
Goals will be based on:
  • New customers attained for onsite and digital financial wellness programs
  • Number of seminars scheduled
  • Subjective corporate partner stewardship award

  • B.S. degree or equivalent marketing and sales experience
  • Experience in holistic financial wellness program building, selling, implementation, consulting or relevant job experience
  • B to B selling experience
  • Strong relationship building skills
  • Collaborative working style
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, written and oral skills required
  • Effective decision making
  • Ability to work independently and manage time and performance effectively
  • Demonstrate influence with multiple partners/prospects/customers
  • Organization, time management and ability to prioritize tasks
  • Business/sales plan construction and application
  • A history of proven goal attainment and meeting deadlines
  • Coordination of meetings and planning strongly encouraged
  • Travel approximately 25% to 50%
