Description:

SC Fleet Coordinator
This position supports multiple markets and/or large plant with Transport operations. This is role responsible for organizing, tracking and reporting the fleet operations work stream, this includes but is not limited to Kronos, GPS, Fleet Focus, parts room inventory, and invoice processing. Works cross functionally will all departments and leadership. This position reports to the Market Fleet Manager and will support location and market level projects and communications.

PRIMARY JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  • Track and report on daily fleet cost and measurable operational KPI's
  • Ensure Fleet Focus data integrity
  • Meet internal customers' expectations
  • Maintain records including but not limited to safety, environmental and vehicle
  • Support and execute on customer needs
  • Direct work flow and productivity for front line technicians
  • Work with fleet technicians to develop skills
  • Provides monthly/annual training for Fleet Dept employees
  • Manages the asset disposal process
  • Other duties as assigned



BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

  • At least 18 years of age
  • 21 years or older if CDL Required
  • Pass the drug test
  • Pass the background check
  • Be proficient in Microsoft Office and Internet
  • Must have the ability to learn various software systems (Fleet Focus, Mobile Focus, etc.)
  • Must work and participate effectively in a team environment
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Willingness to work Over time and non-Monday-Friday work week, as needed


HELPFUL EXPERIENCE:

  • Understanding basic mechanical operation
  • Up to date training certificates working with current industry standards and the latest technology
  • Strong people skills with an ability to coach
  • Project management
  • Valid CDL
