Forest View Hospital, a 108-bed facility, brings over40 years of experience to the evaluation, diagnosis and treatment of a wide range of behavioral health issues. As a part of our continued success and growth, we are seeking qualified applicants for a Assistant Director of Nursing position. This position provides the full range of supervisory duties to include personnel and resource management comprised of coordinating staffing support, scheduling, hiring, and enforcement of performance standards.  Additional duties include but are not limited to, implementation of evidence based practice, policy enforcement, performance/quality improvement, utilization management, Joint Commission preparedness, budget management, staff education and competency validation, direct patient care activities and other support activities within the scope of practice.

Job Requirements

Graduated from an accredited school of Nursing and RN licensure in State of Michigan.

Prefer extensive experience in psychiatric nursing.

Prefers extensive leadership and supervision experience.
