Description:

ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  • Support Field equipment Scheduling processes.
  • Liaison between the MEM, MES, Sales Teams, the HUB and PESR Scheduling Team.
  • Weekly SIP participation .
  • Receive move requests, process move data, schedule activity to meet lead time requirements / customer schedules, and alignment of staff to meet scheduling needs.
  • Contact customers to confirm installation requirements, access times, and updating Cets data to deliver alignment of move staff with customer needs ensuring efficient equipment installation.
  • Coordinate schedule to meet lead time goals delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Ensure equipment is sourced and prepared for installation day and requirements.
  • Communicate schedule to all requestors and support personnel.
  • Run lead time reports, track installation success, resolve failed installs, work with MES to ensure scorecard metric success.
  • Actively participate in team problem solving to improve customer service and move productivity.
  • Accurately maintain all records related to Hub activity.


OPTIMAL PRIOR EXPERIENCE:

  • Proficient in multi-tasking, while being a team player and demonstrating analytical and organizational skills.



TECHNICAL SKILLS:

  • Partner with PES Move Supervisors to assist with installation work order scheduling.
  • Ensure customer service focus of regional project scheduling.
  • Serve as an expert resource to others in CETS and Equipment Sourcing.
  • Meet customer needs through effective routes and installation schedules.
  • Strong computer skills in Microsoft Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
  • Effective communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
