The Sr. FDM supports the Sr. Director, Franchise Development in leading the development, coordination and monitoring of marketplace execution to drive both volume and share within the Central and Southern Illinois GMA franchise territories. The Sr. FDM will be primarily accountable to ensure all local and national initiatives are executed and build Pepsi-Cola brands within the bottler franchise territories. This position is also responsible for anticipating and developing solutions to barriers and providing ongoing process feedback to the Sr. Director, Franchise Development and bottler constituents. Ultimately, the Sr. FDM is responsible for the integration of PABs Annualized Operating Plan (AOP) within the designated FOBO geographic areas.

  • Rock Island, IL
  • Dubuque, IA
  • Davenport, IA
Key Accountabilities:
  • Drive Volume/Share: meet on weekly basis with VP of Sales/COO to discuss business results & course correct, where needed, to deliver plan conduct weekly route rides with all levels of front line sales to ensure superior marketplace execution. Interact with Principal ownership to understand their strategic priorities in driving joint success.
  • Build bottler relations: work closely with bottler constituents to develop relationships understand local marketplace dynamics and economics ensure bottler alignment and execution against key national/local initiatives.
  • Disciplined Execution: Ensure national and local brand/marketing/customer programs are flawlessly executed with respective display requirements, POP/Dealer loader elements and implementation of customized planograms.
  • Drive marketplace distribution: Achieve bottler distribution targets in both LF & SF channels.
  • Manage LMF & MWR specific funding: develop programs to drive brand, package & customer initiatives.


  • 5+ years experience in a DSD environment
  • Bachelors Degree
  • Significant experience working with a Franchise System (Bottler Preferred)
  • Field Operating and/or Sales Experience
  • Please note this role includes a company car
