Position Purpose: Responsible for a team of Design Consultants and/or Design Assistants for administrative activities, quality of performance, customer experience, employee satisfaction and driving sales results to achieve company financial expectations. As a supervisor you lead by example and live our core values and all employees strive to constantly improve. Motivating and rewarding employees for spectacular Customer experience, Revenue, Close Rate, ASV, Quality & Commitments are vital to our success, and it’s your responsibility to lead your team to achieve company targets. Employee support and motivation must be a core strength along with the ability to address sub optimum results, which may require corrective counseling. Expert in PSC, Coaching, Product, Sales Process, and sales systems are required and vital to the success of this role. Major Tasks, Responsibilities & Key Accountabilities: 40%-Provide coaching, mentoring, assistance and advice to team members 20%-Build and maintain customer loyalty by providing the right solution to everyone you encounter 10%-Partner with Performance Managers to develop sales team skill 10%-Collaborate with HR and leadership to issue accountability when necessary 10%-Routinely review sales, efficiency, and QA reporting 10%-Listen to calls and provide feedback to DC & performance managers Nature and Scope: This position reports to Sr. Director of Sales This position has 3 Direct Reports Environmental Job Requirements: Environment: 1. Located in a comfortable indoor area. Any unpleasant conditions would be infrequent and not objectionable. Travel: 1. Typically requires overnight travel less than 10% of the time.
Standard Minimum Qualifications: Must be eighteen years of age or older. Must pass the Drug Test. Additional Minimum Qualifications: Education Required: 5. The knowledge, skills and abilities typically acquired through the completion of a bachelor's degree program or equivalent degree in a field of study related to the job. Most of the time is spent sitting in a comfortable position and there is frequent opportunity to move about. On rare occasions there may be a need to move or lift light articles.
