Unit Description

Sodexo is currently seeking a General Manager 3 of Food Services for Hazelwood ICF in Louisville, KY. This position will report directly to the District Manager, and will be responsible for day to day leadership of the food and nutrition services. Sodexo provides best in class services for patient dining, and onsite catering services.

 

As our General Manager, your responsibilities will include:

  • Oversee all day to day food and nutrition services
  • Integrate fully within our client's organization becoming a trusted advisor and member of the accounts leadership team.
  • Achieving company and client financial targets and goals
  • Work to achieve continuous improvement in patient satisfaction scores.
  • Meet (or exceed) Sodexo standards of operations.

Position Summary

Directs all contract management service operations at a single account/unit. Plans and supervises special functions. Maintains cash control and payroll records. Hires and trains unit personnel. Maintains customer satisfaction and good public relations. Manages through managers and is accountable for the contract. Senior-most person assigned to a one client account
Provides local leadership and strategic direction while developing team for new and emerging business solutions that sustain growth in the day to day operations.

Qualifications & Requirements

Basic Education Requirement - Bachelor's Degree
Basic Management Experience - 3 years
Basic Functional Experience - 3 years
