Unit Description

Sodexo Corporate Services is looking for a Relief/Floating General Manager / Chef Manager to join our team. The Relief/Floating Chef Manager will be based out of Nashua, NH but will cover up to 24 different locations within 60 minutes of Nashua, NH. This is a Resource Role therefore this position would last 1 year. 

 

As the Relief/Floating Chef Manager you will be responsible for covering chef managers on vacation, workman's comp, and FMLA.  Additional responsibilities will be hands on cooking, completing menu planning, financial information, prepping, station cooking, full client interaction, cash handling, ordering and managing staff.

Position Summary

Directs all contract management service operations at a single account/unit. Plans and supervises special functions. Maintains cash control and payroll records. Hires and trains unit personnel. Maintains customer satisfaction and good public relations. Manages through managers and is accountable for the contract. Senior-most person assigned to a one client account

C/S: Culinary focus with ADMIN responsibilities.  Limited menu, basic program
 

 

Qualifications & Requirements

Basic Education Requirement - Associate's Degree 

Basic Management Experience - 2 years         

Basic Functional Experience  - 2 years
