Territory Account Manager

What You'll Do

You will sell Cisco Products and Solutions to existing and new accounts in the Commercial Market and developing accounts through partners, to maximize turnover and profit. Hitting personal targets and contributing to overall profitability, success and positive image of Cisco in the marketplace.

In this job you will, 

  • Implement the sales strategy to ensure that sales targets are met or exceeded in marketplace.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to expand sales.
  • Identify new accounts to sell products and services to, to fulfill turn over objectives
  • Maintain a high-profile Cisco presence in the market place through the creation of win-win situations with customers and partners that turn a sales relationship into a long-term commercial partnership.
  • Build relationships within the selected accounts and with the responsible partner sales representatives
  • Scale sales activities on all selected accounts by leveraging all assigned Cisco resources and the partner landscape incl. partner campaigns
  • A proven knowledge of a process for managing a large territory, including: Demand Generation, Partner development, forecasting, quota attainment, sales presentations, short-term, mid-term, and long-term opportunity management
  • Business planning and reporting (monthly forecast, weekly commit, pipeline development)
  • Develop and deliver accurate sales forecasts in line with business objectives.

Who You'll Work With

You will be part of the Commercial France field sales team

Who You Are

  • You will bring 3-5 years of demonstrable track record of successful sales in the Voice / Data / Networking Industry with accounts or within a territory
  • Knowledge of the commercial market, existing relationships and/or a track record of selling into the commercial customers is a strong advantage
  • Formal training in sales techniques

Desired Skills

  • Education to degree level, preferable
  • Demonstrable experience in selling complex technical solutions and/or business outcome to executive management
  • Ability to network within a customer and partner organization to identify all key influencers and decision makers.
  • Commercial Focus and Leadership
  • Negotiation Skills
