Pfizer (Perth) Pty Ltd is a Pharmaceutical manufacturing facility located in Bentley, supplying products to over 80 countries. As part of our commitment to supplying quality medicines to our patients, we have an exciting opportunity for an energetic, result driven and enthusiastic self-starter to assist in Quality Control testing.

Reporting directly to the Quality Control Manager, this position is responsible for:

+ Manage site deployment scope, timeline, risk and quality with the Site Deployment Lead.

+ Identify site/location resources and monitor their performance and allocation to the project.

+ Coordinate site resources.

+ Collaborate with Core Team representatives.

+ Identify project risks and issues and identify resolutions and mitigation strategies.

+ Support with the preparation and approval of site validation documentation and activities, as required.

+ Manage the creation of key deliverables including but not limited to the site training plan, site SOP plan and site communication plan.

+ Review and approve site project deliverables.

+ Communicate project activities to the business.

+ Participate in site steering committee and work with the Site Deployment Lead to schedule steering committee meetings.

+ Participate in stage-gate review process and phase sign off.

+ Manage the sites transition to long term support.

Successful applicants must meet the following criteria:

+ Degree in Science, Engineering or appropriately related field.

+ Desired : Experience in the Pharmaceutical Industry.

+ Diligence in documentation of data and excellent attention to detail.

+ Strong communication, interpersonal and time management skills

+ Demonstrated analytical and problem solving ability.

+ Ability to work independently, within a team environment and across multiple departments.
