<b>What You'll Do</b>
You will drive growth for Cisco and Cisco Capital by managing the Cisco Capital Field marketing team with tight alignment to Cisco Capital global and regional sales, with Cisco Capital Corporate marketing and Cisco . You will define and drive the marketing mix for maximum impact across the globe including global events; regional sales and segment support; deploying new programs; and drive regional input to global corporate marketing

<b>Who You Are</b>

● Bachelor’s degree and 8-12 years’ experience in marketing strategy development and execution, in conjunction with corporate management and sales management input. The strategy and plan are a part of a holistic, integrated Cisco Capital corporate digital marketing plan.
● Serve as global marketing lead for Cisco and Cisco Capital campaigns and develop marketing plans (regional and segment marketing plans and execution; communication; competitive and field intelligence; enabling go-to-market models)
● Jointly with head of corporate marketing develop, manage and enforce governance of the social media strategy and drive regional and global social selling
● Ensure Cisco Capital is leveraged and represented in Cisco global and regional initiatives and events
● Align marketing metrics and activities to Cisco and Cisco Capital growth
