Sodexo has an exciting job opportunity for an experienced Finance Manager for our key Global client. The role will serve as the Global Finance Manager with full accounting and finance responsibilities supporting major Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) accounts.   This is a virtual opportunity where the candidate must live on the East Coast.


The virtual Global Finance Manager is a key member of this team and will significantly contribute to delivering value for both the client and Sodexo.

Key responsibilities include:


§ Develop management reporting:

o Tracking revenue, profitability and working capital;

o Financial and operational performance metrics, early warning tools and corrective action plans;

o Financial implications of change management process;

o Monthly internal and external reporting – P&L, budgets, forecasts, management info, KPI’s 


§ Deploy global financial processes, in line with the Master Services Agreement (MSA)


§ With the support of the Corporate Finance teams, collaborate with the Finance Director on all financial activities: Internal control, planning, risk management, and cash management


§ Deliver accurate and timely reporting, in coordination with the Finance Director


§ Provide qualitative analysis on budget / forecast versus actual for key countries; in particular, follow-up on action plans to improve performance


§ Participate in the initiatives to standardize and ensure consistency of internal reporting format and processes


§ Work with “Sodexo Connections” team to develop and implement tools and processes


§ Develop relationships with client stakeholders and attend client meetings as required


§ Support business reviews: Monthly regional reviews, business reviews with Group and ad hoc reviews


§ Support Sodexo operational stakeholders to deal with financial issues and review financial outputs


§ Complete ad hoc Finance-related missions as requested by Sodexo Executives (Group / Corporate Services / Account).


Skills required:

§ Proven track record in finance with 5 years’ experience, ideally in an international environment;



§ Commercial exposure as Business Partner to Operational & Finance teams, positively impacting the P&L;


§ Experience of financial modeling


§ Process-oriented


§ Hands on pro-active approach with an ability to work autonomously


§ Outstanding communication skills (verbal and written) and ability to work collaboratively in a multi-cultural            environment


§ Strong Presentation skills, ability to interact at any level of the organization

Provides guidance to employees, colleagues and/or customers.

Qualifications & Requirements

Basic Education Requirement - Bachelor’s Degree 
Basic Functional Experience – 3 years
