Description + IM Core Brands include high revenue generating and strategically important IM brands; Chantix, Lyrica, Dynastat, Toviaz and BMP2.

+ Responsible for leading and developing a team of senior global marketing professional in order to maximize the full potential of the IM Core brands portfolio. Including;

+ The successful re-launch of Chantix, following recent new data and label enhancements as well as positive shifts in the global environment, in order to ensure Chantix reaches its full potential and as many quitters as possible.

+ In partnership with PEH, lead the development and implementation of the Chantix peri-LOE strategy and plans. In order to ensure an enterprise wide approach and to enable Chantix to reach its full potential.

+ In partnership with the Regions lead the development and execution of global marketing strategy for the IM Core brands portfolio.

+ Lead the development of key strategies and life-cycle plans to maximize the value of Lyrica and the IM Regional Brands, in partnership with the Regions.

+ Leading the alliance with Medtronic who are responsible for commercializing BMP.

+ Lead the development of the IM Core Brands worldwide operating plans.

+ Operate as a member of the IM Global Commercial Leadership team and play a lead role in helping deliver the IM GC key priorities and realize the IM GC vision and culture.

**Category Brand Management Strategy & Execution**

+ Designs and executes an integrated global brand marketing strategies and plans for the IM Core Brands portfolio.

+ Leads the IM Core Brands lifecycle planning process - including peri LOE strategic plans.

+ In partnership with the Regional marketing leads create Global Category Brand Marketing operating plans and direct the Long Range Forecast planning of revenue and opex.

+ Ensure strategic and executional marketing alignment with the Regions.

**Marketing Financial Performance**

+ In partnership with IM commercial leaders and Regional Presidents, maximize IM revenue and IBT performance through rigorous management of the IM Core Brands (e.g., Champix, Toviaz, etc.) marketing strategy.

+ Monitor performance of the business and recommend strategies as well as course-correcting actions.

+ Collaborate to maximize IM portfolio and advance individual brand performance.

**People and Leadership**

+ Contribute fully as a member of the IM Global Commercial Leadership team.

+ Lead the IM GC Core Brands team responsible for brand performance worldwide.

+ Develop, coach and manage leaders across diverse locations.

+ Responsible for developing and growing the culture of the IM Global Commercial team. Support the continual building of the OWNIT Culture and PIH Patients First culture.

+ Engage and develop marketing and other commercial colleagues across all regions

Lead the roll-out of regional / global marketing initiatives. Establish and embed best in class marketing practices globally and create an environment and conditions for building best in class overall commercial capabilities.

+ Minimum of 15 years of pharmaceutical industry experience including; marketing, strategy, portfolio marketing experience and life-cycle management.

+ Strategic cross functional leadership experience including above country/regional scope.

+ Experience leading Marketing and/or Commercial organizations and in leading leaders.

+ Hands-on experience leading financial valuation, forecasting, business proposals, etc.

+ Experience interfacing/collaborating across Pfizer in order to achieve enterprise wide wins.

+ Excellent leadership and engagement record

+ Visionary leader, proven track record of driving change

+ BA/BS - degree required. Advance degree preferred
