Specific Job Responsibilities:

  • Collaborates with global Subject Matter Expert community to develop standardized service components, including:
    • Scoping tools
    • Customer proposal templates
    • Service delivery methodologies
    • Customer deliverable templates
    • Service use cases and analysis
    • Best practices
    • Reference Architectures
  • Collaboratively develops service-level messaging to educate internal partners of offerings and capabilities
  • Builds and delivers service offering focused training for global consulting team.
  • Works with global theater leads to drive evolution of the Integration services in line with specific theater needs, aligning where appropriate with global initiatives
  • Contributes to the definition and development of Cisco's services in conjunction with Engineering and Innovation Teams
  • Serves as point of contact between AS and the Enterprise Wireless Business Unit
  • Takes a process-oriented approach to definition and management of service delivery
  • Develops and maintains quality standards for service delivery
  • Evangelizes service and solutions strategies to internal partners, sales teams and external partners and customers.
  • Resolves cross-organization process issues and focuses on process improvement
  • Works closely with Product Management team to enable the success of service roadmap and initiatives

Skills & Experience:

The effective Enterprise Wireless Practice Lead will possess the following skills, attitude, experience and knowledge:

  • Detailed understanding of Enterprise Wireless and its related Cisco products and services
  • Experience in Enterprise Wireless consulting with a focus on enabling organizations adoption of advanced technologies, 5+ years preferred.
  • Experience crafting and implementing global processes in a matrixed/virtual team environment.
  • Demonstrates effective written skills including the ability to craft and deliver compelling presentations to diverse audiences including executive management, prospects, customers, salespeople, engineering and partners.
  • You have ability to create compelling consulting delivery collateral, tools and training.
  • Proven experience delivering effective technical training, both in-person, and remotely.
  • Demonstrates ability to effectively formulate and drive strategic initiatives, lead cross-functional teams, collaborate with a global team, and handle multiple projects at the same time while meeting deadlines.
  • Demonstrates ability to effectively communicate with partners, prospects, customers and with internal stakeholders (including Executive Leadership), the ability to actively listen, to comprehend, and communicate their business and technical needs and the ability to address these needs from a customer centric point of view.
