Job Title: Global Procurement Director - Global Sweetener COE

Location: 700 Anderson Hill Road, Purchase, NY 10577

Duties: Develop and implement strategies for the procurement of corn sweeteners primarily in support of the North America Beverage Business (NAB) that provide a competitive market advantage. Develop and implement strategic supplier relationships that deliver cost reduction, supply assurance, quality improvement, innovation and increased MWBE utilization. Manage commodity inputs to optimize financial impacts. Establish and maintain effective partnerships with key stakeholders aimed at identifying, understanding and fulfilling their requirements. Negotiate supplier agreements that reflect the best interests of the Company. Execute financial requirements to include total cost analysis, business case development, cost modeling, cash flow analysis and creation of annual operating and strategic business plans. Review and evaluate current business practices and identify areas of opportunity for improvement with a focus on total cost reduction and supply optimization. Partner with sector MSOs and Corporate Finance to accurately report productivity savings in AOP year and SBP planning cycles. Work collaboratively with R&D, business units and suppliers to develop business cases in driving Value Engineering productivity initiatives.

Job Requirements: Bachelor degree (US or foreign equivalent) in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Finance and/or Business, Liberal Arts and ten (10) years experience in the development and commercialization of ingredients, supply chain management. Prior work experience must include the following: Negotiating complex contracts and supplier relationship management; Utilizing advanced analytical skills with thought leadership to drive strategy development; Executing categories with annual spend of >500 Million USD; Demonstrating results to deliver productivity; Communicating strategies and gaining alignment with senior management both internally and externally. Five (5) years prior work experience must include the following: Commodity management; and Performing financial business case analysis and cost modeling for sourcing. Ability to travel required 10%.
