RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Drive sales performance by presenting Human Capital Management strategies and business solutions
* Consult large enterprise clients with people and process including white boarding processes, workflow, and operating procedures
* Understand client business requirements and configure the solution to demonstrate ADP's ability to solve client issues
* Creatively and quickly responds to challenging questions with sound business acumen
* Liaise with internal partners for effective solution outcomes for the client
* Compelling presentation skills including the ability to take complex subjects and deliver a simplistic message.
* Support RFP response process and scripted demonstrations within domain area of expertise
* Strategic use of competitive knowledge and intelligence
* Ability to work and perform under pressure
* Develop technical competence and functional product/service expertise
* Ability to learn technology quickly through instruction and self-training

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:

* Bachelor's degree with 2-4 years of sales or HR consulting experience with large, complex clients
