What You'll Do

You will hold the responsibility of being a hands-on Pega Lead System Architect. You will drive solution direction, evaluate the performance of solutions and identify Pega functionality that can improve or fill gaps to support business processes. As the LSA for the Order Management portfolio, you will evangelize Pega functionality and implement solutions within our team; this includes understanding business and architecture models, and influencing Cisco adoption. You will partner with our Pega Solution Architect and Chief Architect to define our technology vision and help to set standards within our team, mentor technical peers and teams, and ensure that best practices for quality, scalability and security are implemented. 

As a Pega LSA, you will be expected to produce and participate in the following: 

- Delivery Roadmaps

- Product design adjustments through hands-on delivery of workflows and work objects

- Requirements definitions 

- Proposals for improvements (e.g. change, productivity, reliability, business benefit)

- Technology solution options (e.g. alternative approaches / products, results of impact and analysis) 

- Technical Design Documents (e.g. architecture diagrams, schema, workflows) 

- Prototypes 

- Shared knowledge (e.g. completed work, new concepts, best practices, technology white papers, Customer + client presentations) 

- Case resolutions (e.g. fixed bugs, resolved issues)


Who You’ll Work With

The Global Service Logistics and Operations IT Team is responsible for developing a $37M portfolio that manages $10B in sparing worldwide. Our team creates software that manages the planning, order management, repair, third party logistics and asset recovery processes. Our portfolio includes Oracle ERP (R12), Mulesoft, and Pega BRMS systems, and integrates with multiple third party logistics and maintenance partners worldwide.

- Working in or with Cisco, Technical Services, GSLO (formerly GSSC), or Customer Care IT
