<b>What You'll Do</b>
·         Provides thought leadership and champions a global view of strategic and tactical space planning, moves and minor construction projects.

·         Accountable for service excellence on a global scale through the enablement and governance of outsourced and/or contracted service providers

·         Provides thought leadership to evolve the service outcomes to meet ongoing changes to business demands

·         Drives data integrity, drawing accuracy, automation and analytical approach to problem solving

·         Develops best-in-class space management service offerings in partnership with direct and outsourced service providers, with a focus on customer and employee experience & operational excellence 

·         Integrates planning solutions with portfolio strategy in alignment with corporate priorities

·         Develops project delivery process improvements to ensure expense project spend is optimized

·         Oversight of global spend and continually drives process improvements that optimize service outcomes, value for money and appropriate controls and approvals

·         Develops consistent, scalable and sustainable processes across area of responsibility and takes ownership for driving through to theatre operations

·         Solves highly-complex problems and is able to identify viable and innovative options, and uses analytical skills and judgment to recommend appropriate solutions.

·         Integrates feedback from clients, leadership and service providers into program recommendations

·         Accountable for global service outcomes including financial oversight and service performance management through metrics and benchmarks

·         Acts as the Escalation point for Space Management services.

·         Promotes regional/global standardization of related technology solutions and data integrity

·         Participates in the analysis of operational processes, assists in establishing escalation procedures, and identifies opportunities for service ownership improvements

·         Typically interacts with high-level Individual Contributors/Managers and serves as a key contact point with Cisco internal and Service Provider leadership

 

 <b>Who You'll Work With</b>
The Global Service Owner (GSO) for Space Management Services is a critical leadership role within WPR’s Global Delivery Operations (GDO) team. The position reports directly to the WPR Global Facility Services Manager and is accountable for global oversight of space planning, moves/adds/changes and facility projects (expense).

 

<b>Who You Are</b>
You are a technical expert in facilities planning services and have advanced knowledge of space planning technology solutions. A passion for service excellence and ability to put theory into action is required. You have advanced knowledge of project/program management methodologies  and are able to leads others to solve complex problems; uses sophisticated analytical thought to exercise judgment and identify appropriate solutions; service and support/solution skills. You can demonstrate proven success in the execution of diverse efforts within the discipline in both domestic and global markets and promotes and participates in continuous improvement processes. 
Professional membership of a Facilities Management institution such as IFMA or Corenet are a plus.
 
Minimum Qualifications
BA/BS degree with 8+ years of related experience in facility planning service within a corporate environment
Program management, sound business acumen and advanced analytical skills essential
Experience in designing, promoting and enhancing facilities management services within a corporate office environment
