Description:

PepsiCo operates a global supply chain that produces, distributes and sells products across a $16B value chain through a complex network of company owned facilities, co-packers, co-manufacturers and suppliers. The Global Operations Integrated Supply Chain team plays a critical role in advancing the capability and effectiveness of that supply chain to meet enterprise growth and productivity targets.

This role will have accountability for continuous improvement and ensuring process adherence for all Supply Planning Processes in support of the ISCP template solution for a given Sector. In addition they will support and consolidate any enhancement requests related to the platforms listed above. As a function of enhancements / upgrades, they would coordinate through the Global ISCP Template governance process with the appropriate GBS and IT teams, vendor contractors and business users and support both cost and benefits evaluations.

This role would have accountability for:

  • ISCP metric improvements and project benefits realization across all markets in a sector.
  • Ensure process adherence and benefits realization.
  • Support business end users on the functionality and use of the toolset to drive business improvements.
  • Provide support of system configuration during business changes to ensure business objectives are met.
  • Own prioritization and lead the implementation of enhancements to the toolset.
  • Lead system upgrades through coordination of BIS/GBS and business partners.
  • Engage the appropriate Supply Chain leaders / SME's for all markets within their sector to ensure ISCP Metric improvements.
  • Capture process best practices and maintain documentation on process improvements / best practices.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field. Masters preferred.
  • 7+ years experience in project management, large scale implementation and/or field supply chain experience.
  • Ability to lead an organization though significant change in process and technology
  • Strong Excel skills. VBA knowledge and understanding preferred.
  • Can ensure technical standards, methodologies, and strategies are followed
  • Experience developing and delivering training material
  • Ability to facilitate the resolution of highly complex problems
  • Able to anticipate and overcome obstacles associated with assigned projects
  • Able to develop effective partnerships with business partners and other layers across the business
  • Can translate business needs into solution design
  • Assists in or deliver presentations to a variety of audience levels
  • Actively communicates to managerial and technology leadership project status
  • Provides training and mentoring to less experienced team members
  • Ability to make appropriate tactical decisions necessary to complete assigned projects
  • Possesses technical knowledge in order to execute project deliverables
  • Understanding of business processes associated with Supply Chain Planning
  • Broad understanding of system interdependencies associated with entire JDA planning toolset and SAP transactional integration.
  • Ability to influence the supply chain agenda for their associated Sector.
  • Understanding of PepsiCo Manufacturing and S&D Operations
  • Understanding of S&D or Supply Chain systems, processes and technical architecture
