About the Job:

The Global Talent Development intern will assist in the design, development and deployment of development programs and processes for our leadership population including our high potential individuals. This role will contribute to helping the company drive a robust global leadership agenda which includes fostering culture change and raising the bar for overall manager and leader effectiveness. The intern will also participate in creative brainstorming sessions that bring new ideas to the fore. We want to remain progressive and relevant, and the Global Talent Development intern will be expected to contribute to helping us plan and adapt for the future.

Primary Accountabilities

  • Leadership Development : working to identify development opportunities for high potentials at various levels within the organization
  • Data Management & Analysis: analyzing and managing development planning data
  • Project Management: tracking the progress of participants in leadership development initiatives
  • Media Synthesis: staying abreast of current industry news and trends from a variety of sources to share and incorporate into initiatives

Job Requirements:

  • Completed Master's or pursuing Ph.D. in Industrial-Organizational Psychology or a related field (PhD candidates preferred)
  • Previous consulting experience (internal or external); assessment/selection/survey research experience preferred
  • High intellectual curiosity and passion for staying up-to-date on organizational development and HR industry news and trends
  • Strong propensity for collaboration; flexible and open to considering other ideas
  • High action orientation with ability to ideate and then execute with appropriate urgency
  • High attention to detail and desire to make positive impact
  • Comfort with ambiguity
  • Excellent written and interpersonal skills
  • Willingness to work on a variety of tasks and projects
  • MS Excel, MS Access, PowerPoint, and Word
