Job Description

The Senior Manager of Transformation will lead and support projects that are Global in scope involving multiple functions, spanning PepsiCo sectors (AMENA, ESSA, NAB, FLNA and LATAM) and functional groups. The Senior Manager will partner closely with transformation teams (global and sector) to drive our transformation agenda. This role requires excellent project/program management leadership skills. Additionally, the Senior Manager must exhibit strong communication, presentation development and thought leadership skills. The ability to build and articulate a strong vision and take people with you is a must.
  • Support the successful execution of critical Global Transformation governance and program management activities
  • Support development and tracking of global PepsiCo transformation vision/strategy/communication/implementation
  • Develop integrated initiative specific work plans, reflecting more granular dependencies, milestones, deliverables and deployments. Responsible for managing holistic program plan that incorporates all work streams and dependencies and spans multiple project management methodologies
  • Collaborate and partner closely with initiative teams to ensure successful realization of Transformation goals and deliverables
  • Deliver timely, detailed and clear update communications to Transformation Office and leadership
  • Maintain initiative master list, initiative charter, status report, program dashboard, risk and issue management, and business case summary
  • Create informative and impactful presentations that provide vision, strategic analysis and strategic thinking for senior leadership.
  • Leverage project management skills and expertise to successfully manage projects and serve as a project management (PMI standards and tools) subject matter expert for the Transformation team
  • Leverage full Transformation network and their Project Management, Value Realization and Change Management & Communications capabilities to successfully manage Global projects
  • Help identify/ideate new programs and then develop analytics/partner with sector and cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of projects.
  • Responsible for ensuring effective change management plans are developed, aligned upon and implemented
  • Leverage full network to support strategic priorities and projects to deliver user friendly business analytics and capabilities
  • Focus on continuous improvement, efficiency and integration of tools & templates into existing business processes
  • Share best practices, and Lift and Shift ideas to maximize value across the total system
  • Establish a seamless and a sustainable \"hand off\" process to the permanent business process owners
  • Serve as a quality control for project deliverables across all work streams, including business, IT, change management, and financial control to ensure coordination of the integrated solution


  • Bachelors Degree in Business, Finance/Accounting Operations/Supply Chain/Engineering. MBA preferred.
  • 5 to 7 years of CPG or multi-industry experience.
  • 2+ years of strategy consulting firm experience preferred
  • Experience in broad transformational implementations or managing complex projects including global coordination
  • Project Management experience. PMP/PMI certification preferred.
  • Ability to influence cross functional teams and achieve cross divisional alignment
  • Results oriented, adept in conflict resolution, skilled at prioritization and change management
  • Able to work autonomously and be comfortable with ambiguity
  • Focused on delivering high quality and timely deliverables with a positive approach towards the work
  • Have strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrate excellent analytical, critical thinking and problem solving skills
  • Ability to toggle between analytical details and big-picture strategic thinking
  • Able to effectively work in a highly-matrixed organization, handling competing priorities and connecting the dots across
