What You'll Do

Virtual Services Sales Account Manager creates, develops, and executes according to an opportunity-based TS Services Plan defined by a dedicated set of CGEM accounts.

You will execute plan through customer-centric services renewals while expanding services sales opportunities and aligning Cisco solutions and resources with customer needs with speed and scale in close alignment with the CGEM account teams.

Your Key activities will include:

    • Creating and executing  TS Services plan in close collaboration with the CGEM account team, aligning with the overall strategy set by the AM and CSM

    • Driving visibility of IB and service contracts in order to facilitate consolidation

    • Focusing on cross geography services opportunities and supports implementation of streamlined centralized services plan per customer account; creating, expanding and closing opportunities

    • Focusing on TS renewal business with a strong focus on recurring revenue and monetizing customers install base

    • Following the deal end to end, overseeing quote creation and ordering process (not actual quoting)

Who You Are


You are someone who is highly motivated, while at the same time exhibiting strategic sales acumen and build strong relationships with account teams, customers and partners

  You have influencing skills to show services business value to customers where required (i.e. customer LoB, IT, partners, ecosystem)

You are able to demonstrates the necessary skills to negotiate issues with peers, partners and customers using a win-win philosophy

You sell and speak the Cisco language (tools, acronyms, telling Cisco story)

Are able to succeed in a fast paced, complex environment involving customers and partners across multiple geographies

Comfortable working with install base data

Fluent German and English speaker
