What You’ll Do

In this role, the Project Manager will provide support to our Global Virtual Sales and Customer Success Sales Development Program.

Key responsibilities include using project management, cloud based tools and analytics experience and skills to plan and execute a multi-faceted array of priorities for the team.   Managing, executing an ongoing communications plan; reviewing & editing internal and external content for partners & customers,  creating and executing project plans to drive demand generation efforts with sales teams,  working with and driving usage of tools such as Salesforce (SFDC)and Inside 

In this role you will need to be proactive, highly organized, able to manage and prioritize multiple tracks of work at the same time, and knowledgeable of market trends and business priorities. It is necessary for the PM to work independently, ask the right questions, handle asks from the various stakeholders, and manage time effectively both for self and for the team.

Provides analytical support to assist Sales Development organization with Demand Generation activities. Researches issues, analyzes problems, compile data, and prepares reports on campaigns

Expected to identify and track key trends using data in the form of tool dashboards in SFDC, Excel and other cloud based tools.

Leverage tools and process to drive demand generation activities with over 200 virtual sellers including the alignment of key campaign assets, business rules/process to support campaigns and the creation and review of dashboards to evaluate the success of DG activities.

Drive adoption of key cloud based tools to virtual sellers in order to deliver successful DG campaigns

Troubleshoot and rapidly respond to tool & process issues that may impact campaign success

Innovate to overcome short term challenges and drive success within a high functioning, high impact team.

Who You Are

·         BA/BS degree and /or Project Management Certification (e.g., PMP)

·         Excellent verbal and written communication skills including the ability to communicate with all levels of Executive/Senior staff

·         Great attention to detail and the maturity to handle confidential information is a must. 

·         Collaborative style, with excellent teamwork

·         Champions improvements. Solves problems and makes decisions. Demonstrates leadership

·         Works in an organized and disciplined manner. Very detail-oriented. Proactive by nature. 

·         Demonstrated proficiency with cloud based applications & tools such as Excel
