Team Description
The Service Enablement team is focused on capturing value to grow the business, innovating everywhere and being more and more relevant to our stakeholders.

Service Enablement is a centralized customer and partner facing team with focus on driving Technical Services (TS) success in EMEAR. We provide a single point of engagement with TS for our Sales organization. The Portfolio Management Team acts as the EMEAR owner and  point of contact for the key TS offers, providing guidance, support and subject matter expertise to the Segment team (Enterprise and GSP), Sales and other relevant stakeholders. The teams is also involved in the development, go to market plans and implementation of offers and engages closely and acts as a partner to the TS Product Management team in Corporate.

Roles and Responsibilities
The TS Service enablement specialist plays a key role in supporting and complementing the Senior Portfolio Managers, Service Advisors and Partner Delivery Executive.

They will work with the Senior team members they will peer up with, to strategically prepare the stakeholder meetings and interactions by:
-	analyzing data to identify sales opportunities to be called out 
-	consolidating and prioritizing offer key requirements from the field to be driven with Corporate
-	understanding key drivers for strategic partners and preparing packages with key call outs and proposals.

They will be aligned to given theater, offers or strategic Partners and will need to understand well the business models, dynamics, offer contents and roadmap in order to help with the planning and communication to ultimate influence the growth of Technical Service in Innovative ways.

*	University or college degree, an MBA would be an added advantage 
*	1-2 years experienced gained in Networking, IT Consulting or IT Operations environment 
*	Ideally experience gained in Sales, Services, Consulting, Product Management or equivalent.
