Responsibilities:

Successful candidates will work in areas such as:
* Work as part of a new product development team to develop our products and manufacturing processes.
* Provide innovative solutions to optimize Supply Chain Operations internal and external processes, policies, protocols, and tools to enable the best cost, quality, and delivery of Cisco products.
* Assist with creating, analyzing, and releasing product and process documentation.
* Work with cross-functional product teams to problem solve root causes on product and process failures and provide engineering recommendations on product design and manufacturability.
* Collaborate with marketing, finance, sales and the Supply Chain Organization to develop manufacturing strategies and protocols.
* Identify, develop, and qualify new components to meet next generation product and customer needs.
* Collaborate with Engineering and provide closed loop feedback regarding forecast trends and accuracy.
* Run agile sprint and project management activities
* Enabling of SaaS Delivery Models for NPI and Cloud based software offerings
* Opportunity to learn about various manufacturing product development methodologies such as Design for Manufacturing/Cost/Quality/Reliability/Packaging/Assembly.
* Opportunity to learn about supply chain technical capabilities and industry trends.
* Interface with Cisco suppliers to support and maintain daily operation health on product quality and customer delivery

Who You Are
* Due to graduate with a bachelor's or master's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Communications Technology, Technology Management Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, Applied Sciences, Mathematics, Statistics, Manufacturing or equivalent, all relevant Engineering disciplines or a related area
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Must be fluent in English & Dutch
* Team oriented, have strong communication and influencing skills
* Demonstrated interest in supply chain
* Understanding of Cloud based SW deliveries and Software as a Service (SaaS) models
* Have a passion for technology
* Detail oriented, resourceful, and able to prioritize under deadlines
* Leadership, interpersonal skills, creative thinker and problem solver
* Possess a willingness to change and to drive change
* Must have the correct visa requirements to work in Netherlands
