Premier Account Executive Experienced in Servicing Medium-Large Accounts in the Group Insurance/Managed Care Industry
Prudential’s Group Insurance (GI) Premier Account Management team is seeking a Premier Account Executive who will be responsible for managing relationships with assigned new and existing clients, mobilizing support staff to maintain and strengthen account relationships, and growing the business, while also resolving issues as they arise. This position entails generating revenue growth by retaining existing customers, expanding in-force business and achieving client satisfaction. The Premier Account Executive is typically assigned mid-sized (500 – 4,999 employees) Institutional accounts that vary in complexity.

Qualifications for this position include:
· Demonstrated success in servicing medium/large accounts in the Group Insurance and/or managed care industry
· 3 – 6 years of relevant experience
· The ability to develop and group relationships, maintaining a solid retention rate with medium and large accounts
· A track record of achievement servicing and working with the consultants and/or brokerage community is desirable
· Ability to obtain state Group Life and Health Insurance license within 30 days of hire
· Excellent communication skills
· Solid knowledge of Prudential’s Group Insurance products and services
