Prudential Group Insurance Underwriting division is looking for a Project Management Analyst to support our pricing strategies and key project initiatives.

The analyst works closely with the Underwriting Strategy Project Management Specialist to work on Underwriting key strategic initiatives, such as multi- year forecasting, pricing strategy development, and formula pricing adjustments. The analyst will:

• Gather and analyze data from the core Underwriting functions to provide recommendations to the Project Management Specialist for ultimate recommendations to Underwriting Management,
•Assist with research and analysis to quantify business opportunities and issues,

•Provide data analytics to the Project Management Specialist and assist with final analysis.

•Lead and support strategic projects,

•Ensure implementation of the project outcomes within the global underwriting department,

•Prepare materials for meetings with senior leaders,

•Collaborate with cross functional business partners in Actuarial, Business Intelligence Unit, Product, Finance, and Distribution

•Two to three years of group underwriting background is preferred
•Underwriting experience within finance/insurance is required
•Advanced Excel skills
•Good written & oral communication skills
•Project management experience
•Strong business acumen
•Strong analytical skills
•Ability to multi-task and work independently
