We're looking for product lead to focus on taking Walmart's sponsored search and product listings offering to the next level. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role conceptualizing, building and managing the organizations key growth platform - WPA. To be successful in this role you will need to be a data driven innovator, influencer, problem solver and great communicator.Job Title:Group Product ManagerPosition Summary:Candidates will have experience in product management, designing, developing, and managing the rollout of products in the ad-tech and/or digital marketing category. \" Product ownership of Walmart's sponsored search and performance advertising platform

\" Develops and champions a product vision and strategy for a team managing multiple projects ensuring business needs are being met

\" Ensures alignment of product vision, strategy, and status with the executive leadership team's priorities and vision

\" Oversees team members' work on multiple projects throughout the product lifecycle

\" Provides supervision and development opportunities for associates

Position Description

Walmart Product Ads team enables advertisers to promote sponsored products on high visibility placements across Walmart properties. The position requires driving the vision, strategy, and execution of the advertising platform.City:SAN BRUNOState:CAPosition Description:Specific responsibilities include:

\" Drive the execution of multiple projects in an Agile Environment for Product Management including product requirements.

\" Partner very closely with High Performing Engineering teams to ensure we are building scalable software products that meets customer needs and on time with quality.

\" Be technically savvy to build and grow technical platforms and products as well as contribute to engineering conversations & priorities in a scrappy, ambiguous start-up environment

\" Influence decision-making at the highest levels of the company. You'll create product strategy and roadmaps that identify areas where improvement is needed; and capitalize on unmet opportunities.

\" Define and carry out the Product vision of our Growth strategy and champion it through the entire organization while also managing tactical initiatives. Be a \"player / coach\" in the same role at the same time.

\" Perform extensive research to completely understand how our product offering stacks up against our direct competitors.

\" Live in the data, and believe the best way to democratize product decisions is querying the database for insights and building ad-hoc reports.Minimum Qualifications:\" Computer science undergraduate degree or equivalent

\" Minimum 7 years product management experience delivering highly successful, innovative, and delightful software products

\" Experience in and understanding of the digital advertising market

\" Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with experience leading presentations to executives and large groups of peopleAdditional Preferred Qualifications:\" Experience leading, recruiting, and mentoring teams of product managers
