- Develops and champions a product vision and strategy for a High Performing Engineering team, managing multiple projects ensuring business needs are being met

- Ensures alignment of product vision, strategy, and status with the executive leadership team's priorities and vision

- Oversees team members' work on multiple projects throughout the product lifecycle

- Provides supervision and development opportunities for associates

- Drive the execution of multiple projects in an Agile Environment for Product Management including product requirements.

- Partner very closely with High Performing Engineering teams to ensure we are building scalable software products that meets customer needs and on time with quality.

- Be technically savvy to build and grow technical platforms and products as well as contribute to engineering conversations & priorities in a scrappy, ambiguous start-up environment

- Influence decision-making at the highest levels of the company. You'll create product strategy and roadmaps that identify areas where improvement is needed; and capitalize on unmet opportunities.

- Define and carry out the Product vision of our Growth strategy and champion it through the entire organization while also managing tactical initiatives. Be a \"player / coach\" in the same role at the same time.

- Perform extensive research to completely understand how our product offering stacks up against our direct competitors.

- Live in the data, and believe the best way to democratize product decisions is querying the database for insights and building ad-hoc reports.

- Lead cross-functional teams to establish milestones for the Sponsored Search & Performance Ads Product.City:SAN BRUNOState:CAPosition Description:

+ Drives the execution of multiple business plans and projects for Product Management

+ Ensures alignment of product vision, strategy, and status with the executive leadership team's priorities and vision

+ Promotes and supports company policies, procedures, mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity

+ Provides supervision and development opportunities for associates

Minimum Qualifications:- Minimum 7 years product management experience delivering highly successful, innovative, and delightful software products

- Computer science undergraduate degree or equivalent

- Experience in and understanding of the digital advertising market

- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with experience leading presentations to executives and large groups of people

- Experience leading, recruiting, and mentoring teams of product managers
