The Communication & Delivery Services team is responsible for the creation, fulfillment and delivery of member communications.  This position focuses on the Medicare-eligible members of our largest employer groups and works with the Custom Communications Team to ensure our clients’ needs are met and exceeded.   You will join a group of professionals who are working to improve health literacy for people over 50. We will influence and improve the quality and simplicity of complex communications and we do it in a highly driven, enthusiastic, fast-paced environment that embraces change and looks ahead to our next innovative opportunity.

This position will be accountable for managing and driving strategy through the end-to-end execution for the URS Group Retiree intermediate custom groups (2500-5k membership).  This includes supporting the Director of Strategy and Segment Engagement with the following: managing a book of business of assigned groups to drive strategic planning for custom materials, budget innovation, overall relationship management across the organization, readiness activities/reporting, and be the lead point of contact for assigned custom group strategies and programs in alignment with enterprise, business segment and department objectives and initiatives. In the effort to develop and plan communication strategy for the M&R/E&I URS Group Retiree portfolio, this individual will be required to collaborate with various stakeholders within the organization including the Team Captains of Materials Operations.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Create, control and improve end-to-end business processes managing member communications for Intermediate sized clients approved for custom materials.

  • Coordinating process design and project implementation for execution of project goals

  • Diagnose process improvement opportunities and develop solutions using principles of process excellence and related tools.

  • Create quality reporting, analysis and audits for developing plans and programs to support continuous quality improvement using applicable tools.

  • Assist in the creation, implementation and evaluation of user acceptance testing and production quality review.

  • Triage an intake site for queries and communication and respond promptly.


  • High School Diploma / GED or higher

  •       Experience gathering business requirements and business analysis.

  • 2+ years of experience in business writing or written quality review. 

  • 1+ years of professional experience with documenting processes and practices, often using accepted project methodology.

  • Experience with Excel ( ability to use basic formulas, VLOOK ups, filter, manage spreadsheet) and PowerPoint ( ability to create presentations along with smart art to add/ create images)

·     Preferred Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Business, Finance, Health Administration preferred 

  • 1+ year MS Project (with the ability to track all activity) and SharePoint (ability to manage activity- load, open, save and change)

  • Experience with Netsuite a plus

  • Proficient in prioritizing multiple tasks, priorities, projects, and deadlines.
