**POSITION SUMMARY**



H&V country director act as the leader of the H&V community in the country , coordinating the work of Global , regional and local teams across all domains activity (market access, pricing & health economics/outcomes research) in order to ensure the pricing & access conditions for all Pfizer's business and products are optimized and the value of our medicines and vaccines are fully understood by our stakeholders.







The H&V Director for the Saudi has four key areas of responsibility: Acting as a leader of the country Health & Value Community; Orchestrating H&V activities & teams in support of business priorities, cover both business PEH&PIH ; Managing enterprise-level / OnePfizer H&V projects & activities and building H&V Capability & Capacity in the COUNTRY ; and leading environmental access projects (in partnership with Corporate Affairs).







**POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES**



Act as leader of Health & Value Community in Saudi







+ Manage Saudi interface between GH&V (Global Health & Value) , regional H&V and local teams including Commercial , finance , regulatory and other related functions



+ Manage Saudi activity planning & tracking and reporting (across product, enterprise, environmental access domains)



+ Act as key point of contact for assigned country







Orchestrate H&V activities & teams in support of business priorities (both PEH& PIH in Saudi )







+ Enhance H&V delivery across all PIH & PEH businesses), partnering with GH&V product teams (PI&A, O&E), Global Pricing, Regional Commercial & Medical Stakeholders & CH&V teams



+ Coordinate Country l 'Access Must Wins' processes, liaising with GH&V, CH&V & XFT partners



+ Support in-country execution of key identified priority H&V projects, partnering with GH&V, CH&V & XFT partners from all Businesses







Manage enterprise-level / OnePfizer H&V projects & activities and build H&V Capability & Capacity in the country







+ Identify and lead projects that address shared business access goals, such as: optimizing access to emerging payer stakeholders; process optimization for Price Certificate processes



+ Support activities to engage with external customers at a Regional / Sub-Regional level through Payer Platforms or Advisory Boards



+ Lead activities aimed at building H&V capability & capacity across the regions such as: Regional and Sub-Regional Summits; organizing functional skills training & development opportunities for CH&V (working closely with GH&V Academy)







Leading environmental access projects (working in close partnership with Corporate Affairs)







+ Proactively monitor external environment, such as healthcare system trends, payer needs and competitor strategies to identify opportunities for protecting and further enhancing pricing and access conditions in the assigned country, as well as channeling related insight to other GH&V



+ Working in close partnership with Corporate Affairs, define & share external engagement on key access priorities for the country (such as the Access to Medicines Agenda; International Reference Pricing reform; the development of Health Technology Assessment)







**EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE**







+ Significant experience in Health & Value or allied function required (ie Corporate Affairs, Tenders)



+ Bachelor's degree required, advanced degree in relevant field preferred (Health Policy, Health Economics, Public Administration/Policy, Public Health)



+ Strong interpersonal skills and evidence of leadership across matrix environment.



+ Excellent communication: strong writing and presentation skills.



+ Strong analytical skills: ability to derive information from a variety of sources, and synthesize it into compelling analysis.



+ Strong project, time management and organizational skills.



+ Fluency in English required.
