Job Description

Temecula Valley Hospital (TVH) is a 140-bed, five-story acute care facility in Temecula, California. TVH is defining a new era in healthcare with its advanced technology and patient-focused care. The hospital opened on October 14, 2013 as a center for healing, with a soothing environment that has peaceful scenic views, natural light and spacious, comfortable lounges. With 300 affiliated physicians, over 700 employees, and almost 200 volunteers, TVH offers the community a comprehensive range of services similar to hospitals in large metropolitan areas. ESSENTIAL KNOWLEDGE / SKILLS Strong knowledge of lifecycle recruitment and Human Resources Management (e.g. recruitment, employee relations, compensation, benefits, employee health) -Responsible for the accurate and timely maintenance/processing/tracking and/or attendance/facilitation of the following Recruitment and Retention related processes in partnership with applicable management team members, HR Generalist, and HR Director, as deemed necessary: Recruitment and Retention Application/Resume Tracking and Processing Employment Opportunities Posting, marketing, recruitment sites, job boards, web presence Salary Offers/Assessment Vacancy data, Time to Fill/Reporting HASC R&R Reports UHS Corporate SMART Report HR Start interviews Identifies and attends appropriate recruitment fairs Organizes open house initiatives Participates in applicable TVH task forces/committees Provides education on new hire selection and on-boarding process Knowledge of major areas of employment law to include ADA, FMLA, NRLA, and Discrimination.
